How do I book a chauffeur service?

You can book the Chauffeur Service trought our online booking system. If you have multiple days or need customized service. Is best in to fill in the Customized Chauffeur Service Form and we will give you a quote for your service and our office employees will take over the complete booking and will make the reservations for you.

Yes, you can always ask for you regular chauffeur

Can I change my pickup or destination location after booking my chauffeur service?

Yes, but it’s best to contact the service provider as soon as possible to make any changes to your reservation, as some changes may incur additional fees.

What is the cancellation policy for chauffeur services?

up to 24hrs before start date of the service

Is gratuity included in the cost of the chauffeur service?

All prices are including local taxes, fuel etc. Extra cost are only the extra hours if you extend the service.

Can I smoke or eat in the car?

No. We operate a strict no eating or smoking (including e-cigarettes)  policy in all our vehicles.

What do I do if I can’t locate my driver?

Please call our office on +31 (0)20 2101258 and our dispatch team will help you find your driver.

Can I pay the driver cash?

Unfortunately not. We require all bookings to be paid for in advance.

Does a chauffeur wear a suit?

Absolutely! All our chauffeurs are fully suited in black or dark blue and wearing a tie.

Are phone chargers and water bottles available in the car?

Yes, there is always plenty of water available for passengers. Also, phone/tablet chargers are available in every vehicle.

Are your drivers and vehicles fully licensed and insured to carry passengers?

All drivers and vehicles are fully licensed by KIWA.

Where will I meet my driver?

Our chauffeur will wait for you in arrivals or hotel lobby and will hold a board with your name on it. It is always easy to spot location. If you have any problem with locating a driver, please give him a call on his mobile, which you receive once the booking is dispatched.

Will you give me the driver’s name and a contact number?

Absolutely. You will receive the driver details once he is allocated to the job. Usually, it’s going to be 1-3 days before travel.
