Can you tell more about the fleet of vehicles used by your company?
Our complete fleet mainly exists of Mercedes-Benz automobiles often of type Maybach. The fleet used for our chauffeur service are stretch limousines, stretch SUVs, sedans, and ultra-luxury vans for up to 27 people.
Can I make last-minute reservations?
Absolutely, our phone lines are open 24 hours per day. However, we do suggest making timely reservations, especially when you have a complex schedule, or itinerary, or are travelling with a larger group. If you would run into an emergency or would require immediate assistance, call our hotline. Feel free to contact us at any time of the day.
Can you explain more about your cancellation policy?
We do understand that your busy travel schedule can change impromptu at times. If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead of your pick-up time, we refund you in full. No questions asked.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit card brands, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If in need, our chauffeur service is always willing to locate the bank of your choice when in the city, and on route.
Why do you ask for my credit card details, when I make a reservation.
When we request for your credit card details, we do not charge your credit card yet when you book our chauffeur service. Each credit card company has a “hold” functionality which we use to secure your booking. We only charge your card within 24 hours before the departure date.
How can I make a reservation for your service?
The easiest way to make a reservation for our service is via the online booking form.
Please provid us the following information: – Date of travel – Your pick-up and drop-off point (airport, hotel, office or private address) Pick up time Your flight details (for airport pick up) Number of people traveling Luggage (small, medium, large) Mobile phone number Any specific requirements (e.g. child seat, assisted travel)
Where will I meet the driver at the airport?
At most airports the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it. More details about the exact meeting point are included in the reservation confirmation email.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. In the case that your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of your flight.
Can I cancel or make changes to my reservation?
You can cancel or make changes to your reservation until the driver departs to the meeting point. Up until 48 hours before your arrival date: Via email. Within 48 hours of your arrival date: By phone only. (You’ll need to phone the service provider directly on the 24/7 number provided)
How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs, immigration and baggage claim?
The driver will normally wait up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed before making enquiries and calling the mobile number you’ve provided. After this time and if there is no sign of the passenger the driver will leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage please call the 24/7 number provided to ensure that your driver will wait.
Do you provide child seats?
Child and baby seats are available free of charge at most destinations. Please specify age of children when requesting a child seat, so that the appropriate seat is provided.
Is the price per person, or per vehicle?
We currently provide private transfers only. The prices quoted are per vehicle, not per person.�
Are there any extra charges?
The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras. Our fares are fixed, all inclusive and are not affected by traffic jams or diversions.
Do I have to tip the driver?
Tips are not compulsory, however if you are happy with the service and would like to tip the driver, the amount of the tip should be according to the level of service. Whether you decide to tip the driver or not is entirely up to you.
What if I can’t find my driver?
If you can’t locate your driver, call the 24/7 contact number provided and you’ll be directed to the meeting point. The local manager 24/7 contact number is included in the reservation confirmation email.
